Alpha Industries

Working with Newmark’s Tenant Representation, our Regional Marketing Team was tasked with developing a creative design for jacket juggernaut, Alpha Industries. We wanted to make our pitchbook mimic a fashion brochure, and create an unboxing feel similar to opening a new product. A full scale design collaboration as each team member got to have design input from start to finish. The end result was better than the team could imagine, and impressed the client greatly. This was an internal best in class submission from our Mid-Atlantic Region.
